South Australian Wild Caught Rock Lobster!! 

Sourced out of Ferguson on the South Australian Coastline these Wild Rock Lobsters have a superb taste & texture. Mainly due to the nutrient-rich, cold pristine waters of the Southern Ocean. The slow growing lobster species has a sweet, delicate but firm white flesh. 
To prepare: Defrost and cook/grill on the barbecue or roast in the oven on a tray. Just add Garlic butter with your favourite herbs
